The Courtyard at the Clybaun is one of the most loved Carverys in the city. With a wide selection of popular dishes prepared freshly each Sunday by our skilled culinary team. Enjoy all of your favourite traditional roasts every Sunday from 12.30 until 4pm.
Your culinary experience starts as you enter the newly refurbished Courtyard, as you are greeted with our charming customer service. Sit back and relax, your taste buds will soak up an array of Irish dishes on our bistro menu.

Our Sunday carvery menu has a wonderful selection of light starters, from the classic Chicken and Mushroom Vol au Vent to a hearty Seafood Chowder. The delectable menu continues with an array of prime roast meats, including Irish Beef, Spring Lamb and Salmon, delicious potatoes, roast vegetable selection, and sauces.

Our wonderful menu draws to a close with the Carvery dessert menu. A number of favourites including cheesecake, apple tart and banoffee, what's not to love.

If you're enjoying the company of family, we have a kids menu available for a wholesome family experience at the Clybaun. We can cater to dietary requirements, but it is best to give notice to our team of such.

The Courtyard is also the perfect setting for any special occasion booking seven days a week.
