In this directory you will find plenty of helpful information, however if you can’t find what you are looking for or if there is anything we can do to enhance your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk by dialling ‘0’.
ATM
There is an ATM located a short walk from the hotel in Clybaun Stores, please ask a member of reception for directions.
Banking Facilities
There is the Bank of Ireland branch located in Salthill. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm. All other bank’s branches are located in city centre.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our Courtyard Bar & Restaurant 7.00 am to 10.00 am Monday to Friday, and from 08:00-10:30 on weekends. Breakfast can be served to the room. Tray charge is €5.00 per person and breakfast card must be placed out before 12am.
Cost of full Irish breakfast is €17.50, and child’s breakfast is €11.00.
Car Parking
There is ample car parking facilities on the hotel grounds, underground parking is also available with access towards the rear of the hotel - all complimentary to our guests.
Arrival (Check-in)
Guests are welcome to check in at the hotel from 4pm on the date of arrival. Should you require a check in time earlier than 4pm, while it cannot be guaranteed, we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Please contact our reservations team in advance of your arrival should an early check in be required.
Checkout Time
Check out time is 11.30 am. Should you wish to stay longer, arrangements can be made with the front desk depending on availability. A fee will apply.
Children
It is our policy to welcome children to the hotel however we do request that there are no children in the bar after 9.30 pm. We ask guardians to supervise their children at all times throughout the hotel.

Chemist/Pharmacy
The closest chemist is a 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel; please ask reception for directions.

We accept the following credit cards in the hotel: Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit.
Do not disturb
Please use the sign provided on your door handle to indicate that you do not want to be disturbed. If you do not wish to receive phone calls please advise reception.

Please contact the front desk and we will gladly make any necessary arrangements.
Disabled Guests
We have four wheelchair accessible rooms with walk-in showers. For special assistance please contact the front desk.
Emergency
Please familiarise yourself with the notice at the back of the bedroom door and know your nearest exit. In the event of an emergency please contact the front desk immediately.
Fans
Please contact reception, should you need a fan in your room.
Fire Instructions
Please familiarise yourself with the notice at the back of the bedroom door. For your safety there are automatic fire detection and smoke monitors fitted throughout the hotel and in each room.
Hair Dryer
There is a hairdryer in each room located in the desk’s drawer.
Heating
To turn on heating in your room turn the heater’s dial anticlockwise; to turn it off, please turn the dial clockwise. Please contact reception for any assistance.
House Keeping
We will be happy to provide you with extra pillows, towels and bathroom amenities and will handle any requirements you may have. Please contact reception if you need anything.
Internet
There is a Wireless Internet available throughout the hotel. Name of the network is “Clybaun WiFi” and the password is Tigers197
Irons /Iron boards
Iron and Ironing boards are available in the wardrobe.
Leisure Facilities
Our leisure facilities include fully equipped gym and weights room, Jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna, steam room & heated swimming pool.
Open Monday – Friday 06:00 to 22:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. Easter, Christmas and all Bank Holidays times may vary, ask front desk for more details.
Children below 16 years old are allowed in swimming pool only until 7pm (midweek) and must be supervised by parents at all times.
Please note that you must bring towels from the room and swimming hat is required for the swimming pool which can be purchased at €3 per hat within the leisure centre reception.
Luggage/Luggage Storage
We can store your luggage free of charge in our store room that is located beside reception desk. Should you require assistance with your luggage please contact the front desk.
Laundry
Hotel can arrange pick-up of your laundry from the hotel. A laundry bag and price list is located in the wardrobe. This service is only available Monday to Saturday and laundry must be dropped to the reception before 9.00am for same day service. Please ask reception for more details.
The front desk will be delighted to post any letters or postcards. Unfortunately, we do not sell post stamps.
Maintenance
Should you experience any defect please contact the reception to ensure necessary action is taken immediately to rectify any problem.
Newspaper
Daily Newspapers can be ordered and delivered to the guests bedroom, Please Inform Reception day in advance by 10.00pm, To Order Dial 0.
Public Transport
The local bus service is City Direct, which runs regularly into Galway City. Timetables are available at the front desk.

Room service is available From 07:30 until 23:30. Please see menus included in this folder. Dial 424 for any enquires. There is an additional €7 tray charge per person.

Galway City has a good selection of shops and shopping centres; also our local shopping centre is just a 2 minute drive.

Smoking Area
Cigarettes are available from the machine in our bar and a token is required. Smoking area is located in the backyard, outside conservatory area. Please note that smoking in the hotel is permitted only in designated areas and there is a penalty in place for smoking in the rooms.
