NRG Fitness & Leisure Centre Galway offers superior facilities and excellent customer service. As one of the best equipped gyms in Galway the extensive NRG Leisure & Fitness facilities ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy. The club is renowned for being very family-friendly and child friendly.

Our Gym is ideal for all types and levels of fitness. Spacious and fully air conditioned, it features a vast range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, plus circuit training and free weight areas. Ongoing advice and support is always available in a relaxed and friendly environment. Complementing the Gym's Fitness Arena is a wide and varied programme of aerobic classes and special events, catering for all tastes and participants, from 'raw beginners' to seasoned 'aerobics fans'.

The Swimming Pool in the Clybaun Hotel Galway Fitness Centre is the perfect place to enjoy one of the best forms of all-round exercise, whether you are training or relaxing with family and friends. Swimming lessons are available for guests of all ages. Aqua-aerobics classes are held regularly and there is also a toddler's pool available for children aged 5 months to 4 years old - the perfect introduction to the water. There are a range of fitness classes on offer for all ages from tots to adults.

Some of the facilities available at NRG Health & Fitness are Cardio Theatre, Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Outdoor Canadian Heated Hot Tub, Sauna & Steamroom and Créche. (Please note that the outdoor hot tub opens from 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays) Daily Classes are available at €5 per Class for hotel residents, advance bookings are required.
